What happens if I can’t make a shift?
We understand emergencies happen. If you are unable to make a shift, you must call our office directly. Our phone lines are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — daytime or nighttime — and a member of our team will always be available to assist you. Please do not send a text message to call out; you must speak with someone on the scheduling team so we can arrange proper coverage and ensure no disruption in client care.
