What are the requirements to become a caregiver with Caresify?

We look for naturally caring individuals with a passion for helping others. Requirements may vary by state, but typically include:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid ID and work authorization
• Background check and references
• Prior caregiving experience (professional or family caregiving is a plus)

In addition, some states have specific requirements:

• New Jersey – You must be certified as a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA).
• Florida – You must be a Home Health Aide (HHA) or have completed HHA training.
• Pennsylvania – You must pass a competency test before working with clients.

Maryland – You must hold a valid CPR certification, or be willing to obtain one upon hire.
